Full Circle Communities, Inc. in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Maintenance Tech II responsible for daily maintenance, unit turnovers, and rapid response to property emergencies at the 15th Street Apartments.

This hands-on, frontline role ensures safe, dignified housing and reliable service for residents and staff. The position covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting tasks, safety compliance, and coordination with site leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time maintenance experience or related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general carpentry.
• Strong customer service and resident interaction experience.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Unit maintenance and turns including.safe completion of work orders.
• Maintain and prepare units for occupancy and make-ready status.
• Service appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures in residential units.
• Re-key apartments and assist with move-in/move-out inspections.
• Conduct daily building walk-downs and maintain grounds and appearance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
