Hirschfeld Management, Inc. & Hirschfeld Properties LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician for a residential community.

You will handle routine and emergency repairs, maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and assist with grounds and snow removal as part of a rotating on-call schedule. The role requires high school level education, relevant HVAC certifications, OSHA compliance, and 1–2 years of apartment maintenance experience.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Type I and II CFC Certification for HVAC is required.
• ACCA Refrigerant Transition & Recovery certification is required.
• OSHA certification is required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience at an apartment complex preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Completes work orders using knowledge of building operating systems (HVAC, security, sprinkler, fire alarms, plumbing, electrical).
• Perform repairs/maintenance/renovation using power and hand tools.
• Assist contractors in performance and completion of their work.
• Identify and report hazardous situations to preserve structural integrity.
• Maintain interior by painting, cleaning, and upkeep.
• Respond to complaints professionally and manage supplies.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and company vehicle in good order.
• Assist Property Manager with eviction processes and related requests.
• Assist Grounds staff with snow removal; work overtime as needed.
