Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at a residential community in Summerville, SC. You’ll troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems, install appliances as needed, and help maintain exterior curb appeal.

We value safety and reliability; OSHA compliance, health and environmental laws, and strong communication are essential. HVAC knowledge and EPA Type I/II certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for HVAC systems.
• HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service requests are completed in a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining exterior property curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• This position supports sister properties The Ames and The Radler.
• Additional duties as assigned.
