Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties in the Euless, TX area. The role involves making ready apartments, performing repairs, and delivering timely resident service with professionalism.

You will support a team dedicated to safety, quality, and resident satisfaction. Expect to handle plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting and general upkeep while following training and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type II certification required or must be obtained.
• Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Familiarity with basic carpentry, plumbing, HVAC or electrical tasks.
• Must be able to compute rates, ratios and percentages and read simple charts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with cleaning, painting, repairs and housekeeping.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain grounds, pools and common areas in safe, clean condition.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to supervisor.
• Attend required training sessions and comply with company standards.
