AAMCI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor I to oversee maintenance in a residential community with Section 8 housing support. The role includes on-call shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays with premium pay.

The candidate will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical problems, and handle electrical and plumbing tasks on-site. Qualifications include HVAC/EPA certification and the ability to work safely in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA certification required for the role.
• Ability to adhere to the safety program and conduct.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, standing, outdoors).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and implement repairs.
• Install and repair wiring, electrical or electronic components as needed.
• Assemble pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
• Use hand and power tools, precision measuring devices, and testing equipment.
• Complete work orders and document tasks.
• Order parts as necessary and track costs.
