Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a skilled team across maintenance, grounds, and related services at an assigned residential community. You will ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer service while coordinating with environmental and safety teams.

The role requires seniority in facilities management, strong project coordination, and the ability to respond to emergencies, with a focus on compliance and efficient work order execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of property maintenance or maintenance operations experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive management oversight across daily operations, financial reporting, inventory control, procurement, and staffing for an assigned maintenance team.
• Direct and support grounds and landscaping to meet curb appeal standards.
• Oversee the quality of work across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) and ensure safety practices are followed.
• Coach and supervise maintenance staff on safety, PPE, and safe work procedures.
• Organize work orders to meet response times and quality standards, and track performance metrics.
