Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a motivated Service Supervisor for our Springs at Meadowbrook community in Waukesha, WI. This full-time on-site role oversees maintenance operations, delivering exceptional resident experiences and maintaining a safe, appealing property.

You will lead a maintenance team, manage work orders via digital tools, and collaborate with the Community Manager to improve efficiencies and satisfy residents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a multifamily maintenance supervisory role across HVAC, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exteriors and appliances.
• EPA and CPO certifications required.
• Flexibility to work overtime, on-call shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to meet job demands (lift up to 100 lbs; up to 250 lbs with assistance); proficient with computers, tablets, and phones.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional resident experience with high service standards.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance needs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and more.
• Maintain property appearance and safety through grounds upkeep, painting, trash removal and snow removal as needed.
• Lead the maintenance team; manage vendor partnerships, budgets, and staff training to support community goals.
