Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Service Technician to join the Springs at Lake Elmo team in Lake Elmo, MN. You will deliver exceptional resident service, address maintenance requests, and help keep the community running smoothly under the Service Supervisor.

Responsibilities include diagnosing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and flooring issues, while maintaining curb appeal and safety. OT and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience and ability to handle diverse repair tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays as community needs require.
• Physically capable of bending, lifting up to 100 lbs independently (up to 250 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and flooring needs.
• Maintain appearance and safety of the property, and support resident needs with excellent service.
• Use work-order software and mobile apps to track and complete tasks; report to the Service Supervisor.
