Job summary

Continental Properties’ Springs at McKnight Lake in Chaska, MN is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our on-site maintenance team. You’ll deliver exceptional resident service, perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more, and keep the community safe and appealing.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, respond to work orders via mobile apps, and support groundskeeping, snow removal, and day-to-day operations, including after-hours readiness as

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience.
• Willing to work overtime and non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Physically capable of bending and lifting up to 100 lbs (250 lbs with assistance).
• Comfortable using technology like computers, tablets, and phones to stay connected and complete work orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional resident experience with attention to curb appeal and courteous service.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and related maintenance needs.
• Maintain property appearance and safety through grounds upkeep, pressure washing, painting, trash removal, and unit touch-ups.
• Utilize smart technology and mobile apps to manage work orders and keep the community running efficiently.
