Job summary

CYM Living seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance teams across properties. You will oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and reporting, coordinating with property management and leasing to keep residents satisfied.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive problem solving, and excellent communication. On-call duties after hours and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or property maintenance required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work after hours on-call.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities across properties and coordinate repairs.
• Inspect properties for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, train, and mentor maintenance staff.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage budgets and track expenses.
• Maintain records and prepare management reports.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with management and leasing teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and inventory control.
• Order maintenance supplies and manage vendor relations.
