Olen Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for our Juno Beach community. You will supervise maintenance activities and ensure the property remains in top condition, coordinating with the Property Manager and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-years residential property maintenance experience.
• High school diploma is required.
• Universal HVAC certification is required.
• Experience implementing a preventive maintenance program.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new software.
• Ability to work after business hours for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manages occupied service request process, ensuring quality control and timeliness.
• Oversees make ready and turnover for vacant units, including scheduling, supervising maintenance, and vendor oversight.
• Maintains inventory control with weekly stock reviews and orders.
• Maintains maintenance shop with organization and safety.
• Performs monthly preventive maintenance inspections and repairs.
