Job summary

Olen Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for our Invitational community in Henderson, NV. You will oversee daily maintenance, service request flow, and make-ready processes to ensure high-quality unit turnover and property condition.

The role requires HVAC certification, strong organizational and customer-service skills, and the ability to work with the Property Manager and regional team to meet maintenance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential property maintenance experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Universal HVAC certification required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage the occupied service request process with quality control.
• Oversee make-ready for vacant units including scheduling and supervising work.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies weekly.
• Run maintenance shop with safe, organized stock.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Inspect property exteriors and coordinate with manager.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
