Olen Living in Juno Beach, FL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the residential property maintenance of our Ibis Reserve community. You will oversee make-ready turnover, coordinate work orders, inspect units, and ensure the property's appearance and safety.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of residential maintenance experience, a universal HVAC certification, and strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential property maintenance experience.
• High school diploma required.
• HVAC certification required.
• Experience implementing a preventive maintenance program.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Make-ready turnover for vacant units: schedule, supervise maintenance, and inspect quality.
• Oversee occupied work orders and make-ready documentation.
• Maintain inventory, keep a detailed list, and order supplies weekly.
• Run maintenance shop; keep stock organized, safe, and clean.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Maintain property exteriors including buildings and parking areas.
• Collaborate with Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Supervisor on upkeep and training.
• Conduct apartment and property inspections regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and colleagues.
• Support maintenance goals as needed.
