Olen Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for The Hamptons at Palm Beach Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The role covers maintenance of the property, service requests, and make-ready turns to keep units ready for new residents.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in residential maintenance, HVAC certification, strong organizational and customer-service skills, and the ability to respond after hours for emergencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years residential property maintenance experience.
• High school diploma.
• HVAC certification required.
• Experience implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software.
• Able to work after business hours for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the occupied service request process with quality control.
• Oversee make-ready turn processes for vacant units.
• Oversee inventory, ordering supplies and parts weekly.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Maintain property exteriors and common areas.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
