Hilltop Residential is seeking an Assistant Service Manager in Atlanta, GA to oversee maintenance and repairs across the community. The role covers plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry and painting tasks, with a focus on timely responses to service requests and resident satisfaction.

Competenze

1+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
Flexibility to work weekends and a variable schedule.
EPA Universal or HVAC certification required or pursued (company sponsorship).

Mansioni

Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry and painting across the community.
Be a creative problem solver, attentive to detail and able to manage time well.
Respond to service requests and coordinate with teammates to prioritize work.
Monitor make-readies and oversee turnover, including painting and cleaning.
Conduct preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce repairs.
Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and safety.
