Ideal applicants have 1+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, are proficient with property management software, and hold an EPA/HVAC certification or license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
• EPA/HVAC license or certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize, and ensure service requests and repairs are completed correctly and on time.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to maintain curb appeal and reduce liability.
• Oversee turnkey operations; ensure vacant units are rent-ready quickly.
• Understand and utilize property management software to manage requests daily.
• Perform maintenance tasks as needed and ensure make-readies are inspected.
• Follow SOPs and adhere to budget guidelines; obtain competitive bids for maintenance expenses.
• Maintain safety programs and promote safe work practices.
