TitanCorp is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across our community in Peachtree Corners, GA. You will manage service requests, ensure safety, and supervise onsite staff while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool care, and related tasks. A dependable vehicle is required; a $500 signing bonus is offered payable $250 after the first month and $250 after two months.

Qualificações

• Five+ years as Lead Maintenance Technician.
• Proficient in heating/air-conditioning, plumbing, appliance repair, and related trades.
• Bilingual preferred for resident interactions.
• Pride in work; courteous, quality-focused.
• Clean-cut appearance; wear proper uniform daily.
• Good character; pass background check.
• Drug screen and agility test required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents.
• Reliable transportation and ability to carry tools.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proper maintenance for the community and ensure timely service requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance in all maintenance areas.
• Manage maintenance staff and coordinate with Community Director on budgeting and scheduling.
