Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for Catons Villas in Baltimore, MD. You will support the Property Manager in overseeing daily maintenance operations, scheduling contractors, and managing work orders while addressing resident concerns.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, an HVAC certification, and strong plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills. On-call duties are included with an hourly rate of $29.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential or property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Strong plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling contractors and managing work orders.
• Address resident concerns and support the Property Manager daily.
• Oversee maintenance operations and supervise on-site staff as needed.
• Prepare apartments for move-ins and inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe maintenance shop and supply area.
• Support after-hours on-call schedule and emergency response.
