Job summary
MRK Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities at its property/properties in Cranbury Township, NJ. The role includes repairs, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and ensuring building and grounds remain in top condition.
The ideal candidate has at least three years as a full-charge maintenance technician and two years of supervising a small team. HVAC certification is a plus, EPA and OSHA knowledge are preferred, and on-call weekend/evening/holiday
Qualifications
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required for role.
- High school diploma is required.
- Three years of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician are required.
- Two years supervising 2–3 team members.
- HVAC certification is a plus; EPA certification preferred.
- OSHA knowledge is preferred; English skills required.
- Ability to read, speak and comprehend English; can perform plumbing/electrical repairs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance activities at property/properties.
- Perform repairs, troubleshoot systems, and conduct preventative maintenance.
- Restore vacated apartments to move-in condition.
- Conduct inspections of buildings and alarm systems.
- Oversee contractors and ensure quality outcomes.
- Respond to work orders and on-call emergencies as needed.
- Maintain grounds and common areas and ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to company policies and Fair Housing Laws.
