Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years residential maintenance experience required.
• EPA Section 608 certification (Type II or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required where applicable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance activities for the community and maintenance team.
• Inspect vacant apartments and ensure readiness for move-in.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor repairs and preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance budget and purchasing; monitor expenses.
