Responsibilities include owning daily upkeep, troubleshooting HVAC and systems, completing 24‑hour service requests, and collaborating with vendors while keeping safety a priority.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge required or preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Customer service mindset with residents' needs in focus.
