Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED with strong maintenance background.
• Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety compliance knowledge.
• EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification required; CPO preferred.
• Ability to obtain local/regulatory certifications within 12 months of employment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance activities for the community and team.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor work orders, and communicate priorities.
• Inspect homes and common areas to ensure company standards are met.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and budgets.
• Mentor staff, conduct reviews, and manage on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
