The role requires at least 3 years of maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, plumbing and electrical skills, EPA refrigerant certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs while communicating effectively with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Working knowledge of residential maintenance: plumbing, electrical, flooring, and appliances.
• HVAC knowledge and EPA refrigerant certification to handle refrigerants.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods; good communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs in apartments and common areas (electrical, plumbing, doors/locks).
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on designated equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Maintain material and supply levels for the assigned neighborhood to ensure timely completion of tasks.
