Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in residential apartment maintenance or related field.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• EPA certification to handle refrigerants is required.
• Ability to work on-call overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of HVAC equipment as assigned.
• Conduct preventive maintenance following manufacturer recommendations.
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Lead mechanic for assigned neighborhood, overseeing condition and safety.
