Bell Partners Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for our apartment communities in Mooresville, NC. You will supervise a maintenance team, manage repairs, and ensure a safe, high-quality living environment for residents.

The role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, plus strong supervisory and customer-service abilities. A collaborative, safety-minded approach aligned with Bell Core Values is essential.

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years maintenance experience in multi-family housing preferred.
• EPA 608 Type I and II certifications; Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and mechanical systems repair abilities.
• Proficiency with Ops Technology and email tools.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise all maintenance staff and conduct performance appraisals with the Community Manager.
• Ensure the community and grounds are well maintained, safe, and attractive for residents.
• Inspect and identify repairs; coordinate grounds care and vendor services.
• Maintain the Community Compliance Manual and respond to repair requests.
• Prepare units for new residents and ensure proper disposal of trash.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance and attend required trainings.
