Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team across one or more communities in Mooresville, NC. The role focuses on safe, reliable, high-quality upkeep of building systems, with emphasis on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances, while ensuring compliance with codes and company standards.

You'll manage a skilled team, respond to on-call needs, and drive preventive maintenance programs to deliver luxury living experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment maintenance or related field.
• EPA Type I/II Certification, where applicable.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification, where applicable.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for one or more communities.
• Set and maintain high standards for building systems and amenities.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and major appliances.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and safety regulations.
