Qualifications

• Comprehension of federal fair housing laws
• Ability to comprehend and work within budgetary guidelines
• Knowledge of general property repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliances

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance at assigned property
• Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property
• Direct and supervise daily activities of the maintenance team, including planning, assigning tasks, and reviewing work
• Train and coach maintenance team members
• Diagnose problems, complete repairs, and perform general maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other areas
• Perform property inspections daily and maintain cleanliness in partnership with the team
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships and quality control
• Complete property unit turns, painting, drywall, and repair wear and tear
• Respond to after-hours on-call emergencies on a rotation basis
• Train and coach all maintenance team members
