Real Property Management in Macon, GA is seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to coordinate and supervise the day-to-day in-house maintenance across managed residential properties.

You will ensure work orders are correctly assigned, scheduled, completed, documented, billed, and closed in a timely, cost‑effective manner, serving as the primary operational link between managers, technicians, residents, owners, vendors, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in maintenance supervision or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of residential property repairs and maintenance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day in-house maintenance operations across managed properties.
• Ensure maintenance work orders are assigned, scheduled, completed, documented, billed, and closed in a timely manner.
