Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend facility system drawings and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Work Orders: Complete work orders at Velair properties, responding to maintenance requests and repairs.
• Property Maintenance: Maintain properties to Velair standards with daily cleaning, trash collection, and preventative maintenance.
• Equipment & Systems Care: Assist with care and service of building systems and equipment; review operation manuals.
• Team Collaboration: Work with maintenance team, supervisors, and property managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow safety protocols and Fair Housing Laws; perform other duties as assigned.
