Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for maintenance requests at assigned properties.
• Maintain properties according to standards with cleaning and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in the care and service of building systems and related equipment.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Follow safety protocols and perform additional duties as assigned.
