A leading real estate firm in Napa, CA is seeking a Residential Luxury Specialist to grow in the luxury market. The ideal candidate is a licensed California real estate agent with at least 3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a competitive spirit. You will receive expert coaching, marketing tools, and hands-on opportunities to succeed. This role offers unlimited earning potential but is commission-only.

Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE Launch
Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Conduct multiple open houses monthly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
