Responsibilities

• Assist clients in finding suitable homes and guiding through the process.
• Provide detailed feedback to refine clients’ search criteria.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of agents and clients.
• Lead generate at least 10 hours per week.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
