nextSource is seeking a Door Attendant for upper Manhattan, NYC, on a three-month assignment in the Facilities Department. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, neat appearance, and strong English language skills. Pay is $22.26 per hour with weekly pay and full-time temporary status.

Responsabilidades

• Announce visitors and assure building security.
• Screen persons entering the building.
• Lobby must be kept clean and neat at all times.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing packages.
• May perform maintenance duties such as cleaning lobby and building areas and sidewalks.
• May collect trash and place trash out for pickup.
• May remove snow and spread salt.
