Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is hiring a full-time Housekeeping Attendant to support the cleanliness, organization and efficiency of our public areas. You will vacuum, mop, dust, and polish, ensuring all surfaces meet Four Seasons standards while stocking supplies for daily operations.

The role includes assisting Room Attendants and maintaining guest areas in pristine condition. English proficiency and US work authorization are required.

• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing and ensuring all surfaces and fixtures are kept to Four Seasons standards.
• Add special touches to public and service areas to enhance the guest experience, ensuring areas are tidy, stocked, and well presented.
• Assist with deep-cleaning tasks and projects as assigned.
• Assist in preparing floors and service areas for arriving guests, stocking supplies, linen, and amenities for the day’s arrivals.
• Comply with Four Seasons’(category) Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

What you bring:

This is a full-time position.
