Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain public areas, stock supplies, and assist Room Attendants to ensure guest spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming. This is a full-time role with morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends and holidays.

Applicants must have current work authorization in the United States and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Previous experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains public areas by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and keeping surfaces and fixtures in Four Seasons standards.
• Adds special touches to guest areas to enhance the guest experience, ensuring tidy, stocked, and well-presented spaces.
• Assists with deep-cleaning tasks and projects as assigned.
• Prepares floors and service areas for arriving guests, stocking supplies, linen, and amenities for the day’s arrivals and service schedules.
• Follows Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct (EmPact).
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

About The Role

Supports the overall cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of Housekeeping operations by maintaining public areas, stocking supplies, and assisting Room Attendants to ensure guest areas are clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.

Essential Functions

What you will do

• Supports cleanliness standards by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and ensuring all surfaces and fixtures are maintained to Four Seasons standards.
• Adds special touches to public and service areas to enhance the guest experience, such as ensuring guest-facing areas are consistently tidy, stocked, and well presented.
• Assists with deep-cleaning tasks and projects as assigned.
• Assists in preparing floors and service areas for arriving guests, ensuring all supplies, linen, and amenities are fully stocked for the day’s arrivals and service schedules.
• Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Non-essential Functions

Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Turndown Attendant, and Room Attendant.

• Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
