Job summary

Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a guest-focused team member for our fast-paced Food & Beverage operations in Southwest Florida. You will assist servers, maintain service areas, and ensure guest satisfaction with professional, courteous service.

The role requires standing 8+ hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and fluent English with valid US work authorization. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package within a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment, preferably high-end restaurant.
• Ability to multitask and communicate with server/bar teams.
• Good communication with guests is essential.
• Confident, outgoing personality with a can-do approach.
• Position requires standing 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Fluency in English and US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by delivering water, bread, coffee, and tea; replace silverware and clear dishes.
• Open/close side work; set and maintain stations and buffets.
• Clear tables promptly and reset for the next guests.
• Maintain a clean, neat, organized work area.
• Greet guests promptly with eye contact and a smile; deliver courteous service.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

• Assist Servers by providing water, bread service, coffee and tea throughout the meal to guests. Replacing silverware when necessary, clearing dirty dishes and anticipating guests’ needs, and communicating with team members before requests are made.
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard. Set and maintain stations, breakdown any buffets, displays and check stations during service or as needed.
• Clear tables efficiently and quietly between guests and reset them for the specific number of guests.
• Always ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area.
• Be present and ensure that professional, courteous, and efficient guest service is offered, where each guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience required with high end restaurant experience preferred.
• A strong ability to multitask and be in constant communication with the server/bar team to understand their needs.
• This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
• The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
• Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.

Schedule & Hours

• This is a full-time position.
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
