Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with brokers and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address transactional challenges.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Competence in calculating borrower income.
• Experience with Encompass LOS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately condition a new loan submission within 24 hours, including credit, income and assets.
• Provide regular updates to the broker partner.
• Review records to ensure accuracy.
