Dollar Bank is seeking a Mortgage Processor to join a team focused on personalized service, building lasting customer relationships, and a lending process reflecting integrity and community banking. The role processes residential loans accurately for sale in the secondary market and insurability by FHA/VA, while preparing applications for underwriting approval.

This position is 100% in person, based in a family-oriented banking environment that emphasizes risk management and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year mortgage loan processing experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and VA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Gather required documentation to prepare mortgage applications.
• Review information for accuracy and complete loan origination data.
• Review appraisals and enter appraisal data into LOS.
• Monitor loan for compliance and re-disclose when required.
• Order appraisal, title and flood certification.
• Complete HMDA data as needed.
• Coordinate with borrowers, Realtors and closing companies to finalize loans.
• Communicate professionally with all parties involved.
