Qualifications

• Degree preferred with sales/customer service experience, preferably commission-based.
• Residential leasing experience preferred to maintain leasing targets.
• Strong communication, verbal and written skills; fluent English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open the Sales office on time to greet early resident prospects.
• Maintain office setup with materials and branding for client responsiveness.
• Know community inventory and special deals; track daily outreach goals.
• Document calls, tours, emails, and follow-ups in Yardi/CRM.
