Job summary

Bernstein Management Corporation (BMC) is seeking a Leasing Associate for its Argonne property in NW DC. You will present available apartments, highlight amenities and guide prospective residents through the leasing process with a strong emphasis on customer service and accuracy.

You will work within a team to meet leasing targets, perform data entry to ensure Fair Housing compliance, and participate in market surveys. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required as part of a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years working in sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective residents and present apartments that best fit their desires and budget.
• Present apartments, amenities and community to prospective residents using the team’s tour path.
• Answer inquiries from prospective residents and use sales techniques to encourage a visit to the community.
