Bernstein Management Corporation is seeking a Leasing Associate to guide the leasing strategy for the Argonne property in NW DC, a 275-unit community. You will meet prospects, present units and amenities, and use proven sales techniques to convert inquiries into tours and leases.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales skills, and accurate data entry to ensure Fair Housing compliance. Training and growth opportunities are provided within our Residential team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years working in sales or customer service.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective residents and present available apartments that best fit their desires and budget.
• Present apartments, amenities and overall community to prospective residents using your team's tour path.
• Answer inquiries from prospective residents and use standard sales techniques to encourage visits.
• Close sales using established methods and maintain prospective data for Fair Housing compliance.
• Greet prospective residents professionally and build rapport.
• Coordinate follow-up and record activities in the property management system.
