Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in sales or customer service.
• Preference for undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective residents and present apartments that fit preferences and budget.
• Present units, amenities and community to prospects during tours.
• Answer inquiries and use sales techniques to encourage visits; log data for Fair Housing compliance.
• Close sales using standard techniques and maintain rapport with prospects.
• Assist with market surveys, occupancy data, and rental rates.
