Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leasing or customer service experience.
• Willingness to travel to multiple properties in DC and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective residents and present available apartments that fit their desires and budget.
• Present apartments, amenities and community to prospective residents using established tour path.
• Answer inquiries and use sales techniques to encourage visits; document data for Fair Housing compliance.
• Close sales using standard methods and greet prospects professionally.
• Update daily and weekly rental reports and assist with market surveys.
