Job summary

University Partners is seeking a Leasing Consultant to interface with prospective residents, handle day-to-day issues, and coordinate lease renewals. You will conduct applications, verify income, and prepare lease files while promoting the community’s amenities and specials.

Daily tasks include welcoming prospects, showing apartments, processing documents, and maintaining Entrata records. You’ll support marketing efforts, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Effectively lease apartments in accordance with occupancy goals.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Conduct outside marketing under supervision.
• Conduct the application review including credit, income verifications, and background checks.
• Complete lease paperwork and files for each resident and signatures.
• Ensure condition of leased apartments prior to move-in and conduct final inspection.
• Follow up with residents for renewals and manage lease renewals.
