Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from introduction to occupancy.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.
• Develop and implement leasing plans to attract new residents.
• Greet visitors and determine if the property meets their needs.
• Provide property information and schedule visits.
• Collect security deposits, rent and move-in funds.
• Coordinate with maintenance on leased status.
• Maintain knowledge of rents, occupancy, and square footage.
