Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, drive occupancy, and maximize revenue across the community. You will conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in and renewal process.

The role requires navigating condo/apartment showings, maintaining show-quality units, and collaborating with maintenance and property teams to meet performance targets. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart.
• Licenses/certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures move-in ready condition and coordinates repairs with maintenance.
• Stays informed about market and competitor conditions, develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy, and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to create traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, internet marketing and other programs.
• Uses OneSite/Yardi to track availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident data and gather demographic information.
• Ensures marketing corridors and show units meet company standards, communicates maintenance needs, and prepares leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals and improve satisfaction.
• Executes lease renewal activities by preparing renewal letters/packages and scheduling signings.
• Responds quickly to resident/owner concerns and documents requests.
