ResideBPG in Newark, Delaware, is seeking a Residential Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy at our luxury rental communities. You will tour properties, qualify prospects, and guide applicants through lease paperwork, delivering excellent service.
The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting leasing goals, and staying compliant with housing regulations. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of sales or leasing experience are preferred; MS Office and MRI software familiarity a plus.
