Job summary

ResideBPG Property Management in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Residential Property Administrator to support day-to-day operations, manage resident relations, and help ensure move-in readiness.

You will work with the Property Manager, coordinate with maintenance, process leases, renewals, and maintain compliance with Federal and State housing regulations. No PM experience required; training provided; strong MS Office skills needed.

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office proficiency required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to support for our residential community.
  • Partner with the Property Manager to help achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Coordinate between residents and maintenance teams to ensure work orders are handled quickly and accurately.
  • Process lease renewals and help maintain strong resident retention.
  • Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting accurately and on time.
  • Understand and apply Federal and State Housing Regulations.

We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Residential Property Administrator to help keep our community running smoothly while creating an exceptional resident experience.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Property Manager to support day-to-day operations, build strong resident relationships, and help maintain a thriving residential community.

What You’ll Be Doing
Be the go-to support for our residential community
  • Partner with the Property Manager to help achieve operational and financial goals
  • Support and collaborate with on-site staff to keep everything running efficiently
  • Help create a welcoming, connected community for residents and team members
Help residents love where they live
  • Coordinate between residents and maintenance teams to ensure work orders are handled quickly and accurately
  • Process lease renewals and help maintain strong resident retention
  • Lease available apartment homes according to waiting list and program requirements
  • Assist with resident recertification paperwork and compliance processes
Keep operations organized and on track
  • Handle rent collection and ensure timely processing according to company policies
  • Monitor delinquent accounts, late fees, notices, and eviction documentation
  • Prepare final move-out statements and collection submissions
  • Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting accurately and on time
  • Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure apartments are move-in ready as quickly as possible
Stay knowledgeable and compliant
  • Understand and apply Federal and State Housing Regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures

Qualifications
Education
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Experience
  • No property management experience required — we’re happy to train the right candidate!
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required
  • Tax Credit/LIHTC experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged sitting and regular computer use
  • Occasional standing, walking, stretching, and bending
