Responsabilités

• Oversee daily shift operations: cleaning, documentation, activities, hygiene support, and transportation.
• Administer and track medications per policy.
• Support individuals in skill-building, independence, and community integration.
• Guide staff in implementing care plans and behavior strategies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, home-like environment and ensure documentation is complete.
• Assist with scheduling and minimizing overtime.
• Comply with policies, regulations, and inspections; maintain confidentiality.
