Job summary

WithersRavenel is seeking a Civil Professional I (EIT) in Cary, NC to join our Residential Land Development Team. Graduates or lates from December 2026 or May 2027 will help support project engineers, contribute to design development, and deliver high-quality plans.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and growth with a hybrid schedule (about three days in the office) and mentorship from senior engineers and project managers. 0–1+ years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0-1+ years of related professional experience (internships and co-ops considered).
• Exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Geopak, or related design software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to take direction.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, flexibility, and commitment to professional growth.
